Naandi’s core strength is its model of operations designed on trust, shared values, team work, transparency and obsession to strive to create positive outcomes and impact that is measurable by a third party.

The above credo has helped Naandi to have long partnerships with renowned institutions/organizations including various arms of governments.

Apart from Government of India, there are specific long term partnerships with the State Governments of Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra and Nagaland.

The other long term partnerships have been/are with the KC Mahindra Education Trust, the Mahindra Group of companies, Dr.Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, Soma Enterprise Limited, Avantha Foundation, Ernst and Young Foundation, etc. from within India.

The major international organizations partnering with us are the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation, GroupeDanone, their social venture fund by name danone.communities, the Global Livelihoods Fund, Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition, Firmenich SA, The World Bank, DFID, Swedish International Development Agency, Royal Netherlands Embassy and UNICEF.

Our most important partner is always the vast network of communities that we serve – girls, boys, adolescents, expectant mothers, mothers, fathers, small farmers, adivasis (tribal communities) and Dalits, village panchayats, teachers, youth (especially under/unemployed). They not only inspire and humble us but teach us resilience, hard work and above all to be happy and true.
