Aditi Tandon
Assistant Manager


Aditi is involved in setting up methodologically strong evaluation projects and networking with relevant partners such as research institutes, funders and other not-for-profit organisations to find areas of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Aditi has a Masters in International Development and Public Policy from the University of California, San Diego. She hopes to be able to apply the rigorous quantitative skills and policy-focused thinking acquired in Graduate School to her work at Naandi and is a passionate advocate for the use of research and impact evaluation in providing concrete evidence of what works and what doesn't in development programmes.

She loves learning new languages and exploring new cultures. She speaks basic French and Bahasa Indonesia. And is a cinema afficinado with a preference for works of Wong Kar Wai and Ang Lee.

Sivaranjani Bollina
Assistant Manager


Sivaranjani is looking after the Child Rights programmes where she is involved in donor servicing, developing new proposals and also building partnerships with government and other donors to ensure required funding for the projects run by Naandi.

Sivaranjani is a post graduate in Human Development from Nagarjuna University. She comes from a development sector background. She started her work in the filed of rehabilitating differently-abled children. Prior to Naandi she has been associated with Indian Institute of Health and Family Welfare (IIHFW) and Society for Elimination of Rural Poverty (SERP).

She enjoys listening to old songs in her free time.
