M R N Phani Kumar
Assistant General Manager � Project Finance & Accounts
Phani manages and monitors cash flows and budget management for Child Rights and
Livelihoods. He supervises the overall function of Project finance. He coordinates
with Corporate finance, Global partnerships and programme teams.
Phani Kumar is a commerce graduate from Kakatiya University.
He's completed his Chartered Accountancy (Inter) and is in the process of
completing the Final. Phani has a total experience of more than 15 years in
finance and accounting function. Phani has managed various finance and accounts
responsibilities at private sector companies such as MAA TV, Global Hospitals
and CFPL, CRP Group, Hyderabad before he joined Naandi.
Phani always likes to be a team player and discharges his duties diligently.
He loves to spend his leisure time with his kids, visiting holy places, reading
books.

BVS Rao
Manager - Finance & Accounts (Livelihoods)
Rao is a science graduate from Ranchi University. He has 25 years of experience in the field of accounts and finance. He has worked in various organisations of service sector before joining Naandi Foundation.
Mr Rao joined Naandi Foundation as Assistant Manager - livelihoods and has now been promoted as Manager. He maintains all the day to day accounts and financial activities relating to various programmes under livelihoods. He is proactive and keen in accomplishing the given tasks in time.
Mr Rao strongly believes in giving his best efforts and living in present. He is religious and prefers to watch religious channels on television, reading books, likes to play cricket and volley ball in his leisure time.

Srinivasulu G
Manager - Finance & Accounts (Education)
Srinivasulu is a Master in Commerce from Osmania University. He has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounts. He has worked with various organisations in NBFC sector. Before joining Naandi Foundation, he was with Karvy consultants in the role of an officer managing receivables for 100 branches.
Srinivasulu joined Naandi Foundation as Assistant Manager for Child Rights and now has been promoted as Manager. He is responsible for all the day to day financial activities and accounting related to different programmes under the Child Rights vertical. He works meticulously and always completes the given tasks well in advance.
He likes to be realistic and practical. He loves watching TV news and reads news papers in his leisure time.

K R Ramanujam
Assistant Manager Accounts
Ramanujam works for the Midday Meal programme � one of Naandi�s largest, managing accounts and compliances for this programme that is spread across five states.
He has been in service for a decade, having worked in various accounts, customer service and audit capacities in companies such as Carlson Wagon lit Travel and Reliance Infocomm.
Ramanujam comes from a family that has speech and hearing challenged members, and all of them including himself volunteer and work with similarly challenged people and children to support them.

R Sekhar
Assistant Manager � Corporate Accounts
Sekhar is a key team member of Corporate Accounts and manages accounts, bill processing, payroll management and assists in accounts finalisation.
He is a commerce graduate from Andhra University and has 16 years of work experience in construction and media industry. He has managed accounts for media companies such as MAA TV and Siti Cable for 14 years.
One of his favourite pastimes is watching TV and listening to music.
